Halo Consultants is a Brisbane-based consultancy founded in 2009 that helps Defence, Space, and complex-industry organisations plan, build, and operate with confidence. We combine project/program management, systems engineering, quality and safety assurance, security and cybersecurity, bids and proposals, and R&D into one disciplined, outcome-driven offering. Clients use Halo to stabilise programs, de-risk change, and lift performance by standing up requirements and V&V, tightening governance and configuration control, hardening information security, and embedding practical assurance that stands up in audits and operations. When needed, we also shape and review submissions (ASDEFCON and grants) and turn wins into executable mobilisation plans.
