A maritime program needed to stand up the first Authorised Materiel Seaworthiness Delivery Organisation (AMSDO) while maintaining availability.
Halo Consultants built the operating model, produced MSMP/MSAP artefacts, tightened configuration control, and introduced a lightweight Decision-Making Tool to govern change. Wove in security and quality gates, and ran readiness reviews with a clear RACI.
